This session focuses on efficient movement and body positioning and introduces a selection of fundamental movements needed to move up a vertical wall.

These are drop in sessions. Drop into any session any time!

Minimum age 14
Under 16s must be accompanied by a participating adult
Under 18s require signed parental consent
