Instructor Training

If you are interested in becoming a freelance instructor at The Reach, please speak with our staff. It's very rewarding and a great way to pass on your knowledge and experience to new and developing climbers.

You will need to attain the necessary qualification — 'Climbing Wall Instructor' from Mountain Training — and you will also need an enhanced DBS check (which we provide for you at cost). You will then receive additional in-house training before you start instructing for us.
