Parent Consent Form

As of 1 Feb 2016, we use a new digital form. Parents are required to complete one of these digital forms for every child booked on a fun session, even if you have previously completed a paper consent form.

When you book your child onto a session, you will be sent a link so that you can complete the digital form online before the session. Or, if you prefer, you can complete the form in reception - but you will need to leave extra time to do this.

Relax

While the children are climbing, parents can relax in our fantastic mezzanine cafe.

Some parents prefer to leave their children and pick them up at the end of the session. We recommend however that, at least for the first session, parents are on hand.
